Leadership
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Victor is a seasoned founder with deep operations and strategy experience spanning technology, consumer brands, and the digital ecosystem. He previously served as VP of Strategy & Operations at a low-code SaaS platform and as COO at Polygon Labs, overseeing business development, strategic planning, and data analytics.
His career includes senior leadership at Nike, where he led corporate strategy and enterprise digital transformation, and Electronic Arts, where he built the central corporate strategy function from the ground up. Earlier experience at Deloitte and Booz & Company honed his expertise in complex operational challenges and multi-channel innovation.
Victor holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA in Strategy & Innovation from Texas McCombs School of Business.
Co-Founder & Advisor
Fan Siyu brings decades of leadership experience across traditional financial services and technology. With an academic background in economics from the National University of Singapore, he provides strategic guidance on long-term product vision, investment management frameworks, and the firm's growth trajectory.
He combines a macro-economic perspective with hands-on experience in financial systems, supporting Tooling.live's strategic positioning and investor relationships.
